Our New Listing at 4930 Sunset Drive

One of the great things about living in Miami is the weather which permits us to be outside all year. I thought I would provide some pictures of my bike ride through Coral Gables and Coconut Grove last weekend. After getting on the bike path in South Coral Gables I crossed the new Gables Waterway pedestrian bridge located on the Coco Plum Circle. From there I entered Coconut Grove on Edgewater Drive. I rode past a house we sold a few years ago and was glad to see that the new owners had not torn down the old coral rock walls during their expansion and remodeling. From there I rode into the downtown section of Coconut Grove where I viewed the old Coconut Grove Playhouse which has been vacant and unused for far too many years. I turned around at the Playhouse and pedaled back and went by the Plymouth Congregational Church and an old Coconut Grove residence. From there I headed down a typical leafy Grove street past a funky Grove home on Loquat until I reached Coral Gables on Amalfi Street. After crossing LeJuene into the Gables I went by the Chinese Village and a typically well manicured home on Maggiore. I headed back over another section of the Gables Waterway until I reached our new listing (a builder’s lot) on 4930 Sunset Drive a short way from my home in High Pines.
