They Are Back !!!!! Velvet Creme Doughnuts Return This Saturday

  Well, I have good news to report today... After having disappeared for years and years Velvet Creme Doughnuts are returning. The new owners are attorney Krista Rios, her father, and retired police detective Robert Taylor whose brother-in-law  use to run Velvet Creme. The business will be opening as a food truck this Saturday  at the Burger Beast Burgie Awards at Milander Park in Hialeah... The Village of Pinecrest Is Considering Annexing High Pines

South Miami’s Casa Lario’s is No More

      Casa Lario's of 5859 SW 73 St.. South Miami, Fl. suddenly closed over the past weekend. This is a great tragedy to all the residents of South Miami, High Pines, Coral Gables and other parts of  Dade County who could run in, grab a quick bite of Cuban food and a mojito (they were the best around), and then head out again.
