The University of Miami Baseball Team is off to another great start in 2016. 5 weeks into the season the team is consistently ranked in the top 10 and  is ranked  # 4 by Baseball America. This weekend they  host  a surging Clemson team  who is playing for new coach Monte Lee. Clemson is ranked as high as #12 by D1 Baseball’s Top 25. Of course top level collegiate baseball is a hallmark of teams at the “U”… Over the years the “U” has won 4 national championships, played in 24 college world series, and holds the NCAA record of 43 straight NCAA tournament appearances. In reaching these levels Miami has had 49 All Americans and 53 Major League players. When you are in Coral Gables in the spring you should take in a “Canes” baseball game. There is nothing much more American than sitting in the stands on a beautiful spring night watching our national past time.
